How it works
SEO content writing, layered properly. We build the structure, your team adds the expertise, and we optimise the final piece before it goes live.
SEO Structure
We do the SEO research and lay the foundation.
We research the topic, study how people actually search for it, and map out the content. You get an outline with headings, sub-headings, target keywords, and clear direction on what each section should cover. The structure is search-friendly from the start — no retrofitting SEO at the end.
Expert Filling
Your team adds what only you can add.
This is the layer that makes the content actually yours. Product knowledge, brand voice, customer examples, internal expertise, opinions, case stories. Either your team writes the draft against our outline, or we write a first draft and your team reviews and adds expertise. Both work.
SEO Optimisation
We polish the final content for search and readers.
Once the expert content is in, we polish it — improve flow, tighten headings, add the meta title and description, structure internal links to your existing pages, and check it against the original SEO brief. The result is content that reads well and ranks well.
Go Live
Publish-ready content, delivered.
You receive a finalised piece formatted for your CMS — Google Doc, Word, or uploaded directly to your WordPress site (available as an add-on or included in higher Done For You tiers). Schema markup, images, and OG metadata are all considered.
Either we write it, or you do
The SEO Sandwich process works the same either way — only who adds the filling changes.

Blog posts or a content silo?
From Classic Sandwich up, you choose how your words are spent. Same price — different SEO play.
Blog posts
Best when you have multiple unrelated topics to cover, or just need volume on the blog.
- Each post stands alone
- Easier to slot into existing content plans
- Good for long-tail keyword coverage
Content silo
Best when you want to own a topic in Google for a service or product category.
- 1 pillar + multiple supporters, all linked
- Builds topical authority faster than scattered blogs
- Better for ranking competitive head terms
Your main topic
~3,000–4,000 words, the complete guide
Subtopic 1
~2,000–2,500 words
Subtopic 2
~2,000–2,500 words
Subtopic 3
~2,000–2,500 words
Subtopic 4
~2,000–2,500 words
Every supporting page links to the pillar. The pillar links out to every supporter. Google reads it as one topic cluster.
